No worries.. I have not forgotten about cooking. Infact I am drawing some much needed inspiration from my hometown in North Carolina! Nothing is better then falling asleep to the crickets and waking to the "moos" of cows! I have been cooking while up here but not really blog worthy due to limited space.

-Well I swear my DIY projects are coming along.. I want them completed to post them and it is quite a process to figure it all out... so it will be much easier whenever I post cause I will have worked all the kinks out!
- crockpot chicken chi (super easy!)
-baked ziti
new recipes I find along the way :))))
So keep tuned in! I will be returning to GA on Thursday and I get my bum back in the kitchen!
